George R. Brezina, Jr. has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1425 Jumana Loop in Apollo Beach for $1.299 million.

Linda Ippolito of Future Home Realty is the listing agent. Brezina paid $225,000 for the property in June 2000. The 6,129-square-foot home in Andalucia was built in 2003.

Brezina is a personal injury lawyer with a private practice in Tampa. He previously was an associate attorney at the Law Office of Eilon Krugman-Kadi Gainesville, vice president and trust officer at Florida National Bank in Tampa and vice president of investments at Florida National Bank.

He also served as an account executive at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith and as a district manager at Engelfield Oil Co. in Ohio.

He has B.S., B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from University of West Florida and a J.D. from University of Florida in Gainesville. He also holds a CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

Brezina also sold the home at 5906 Menorca Lane in Apollo Beach and a condo at 1057 Apollo Beach Blvd. in Apollo Beach for $470,000 in Feb. 2005 and for $216,000 in July 2005, respectively.

He also owns a home at 1021 Symphony Isles Blvd. in Apollo Beach. He paid $1.7 million for the property in June 2005.
