■ Pearse Lyons and Jim Host have received the first Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Commonwealth Legacy Awards for the roles they played in large economic projects in Kentucky in 2010. Host was honored for his role in building the KFC Yum Center in Louisville. Lyons was recognized for his involvement in the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Lexington. Both projects were determined to have left a profound impact and a lasting legacy on Kentucky.

■ Lexington Ford dealer Paul E. Miller has received a Salute to Dealers award from Ford Motor Co. for exhibiting unparalleled dedication to the community. He is one of four North American dealers to receive the award this year from nearly 4,000 dealers across the United States and Canada. Miller's contributions include: establishment of the Paul Miller Foundation in 1954, which provides scholarships to students at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine; donation of a 36,500-square-foot space to the 2010 Alltech World Equestrian Games and the Kentucky Horse Park; and donation of more than 15,000 trees through the Reforest the Bluegrass program. The Salute to Dealers Program is conducted under the guidance of Edsel B. Ford II, a member of Ford's board of directors.

■ The Louisville Bar Association has awarded Stites & Harbison the Paul G. Tobin Pro Bono Service Award.
