After just 28 days of making the announcement, Nokia C 97 is all set to be shipped to users in any location.

This now becomes the second Symbian 3 phone that has been released to the world market from Finland’s Nokia. The smartphone is well equipped with all multimedia features. The C 97 is the new addition to social networking set of smartphones that are all set to grab a portion of the Apple’s market share.

In the recent past though, Nokia saw a few tough moments while recalling more than 14 million Nokia chargers. This was due to a circuitry defect in the product that made other competitors of the mobile phone magnate covertly smile with glee.

In the long run, this has worked well for Nokia as the recall took place before accident lawyers could descend with a large number of product liability lawsuits. Accident lawyers are the ones to approach if there is a defect in a product that has been launched by any company and the use of the product has caused you any personal injury.

Accident lawyers could have created a large issue for Nokia based on product liability complaints coming in from clients.
